Italy vs Brazil

Kickoff: 2pm Sunday 7th September

Venue: Franklin's Gardens

Watch on:BBC iPlayer

These two sides are both unable to go any further in this competition, so are in the same position, but both will be feeling very differently about how this competition has gone for them up to this point. Brazil has scored its first ever points at the World Cup, including a contender for try of the tournament from Bianca Silva against France last week. Italy suffered a somewhat surprising defeat to South Africa last week and will be looking to restore some pride with a big win against Brazil.

Fabio Roselli has made nine changes to last week's team, including 4 in the pack. Vecchini, Seye, Sgorbini and Giordana remain after last week. They will be joined by Maris, Fedrighi, Frangipani and Maris. Both half backs have been changed with Bitonci and Madia replacing Stefan and Stevanin. The changes continue across the backs with just Muzzo and Ostuni Minuzzi keeping their places.

Brazil has even more changes (11) which means that only Eshyllen Coimbra, Larissa Carvalho, Marina Fioravanti and Fernanda Tenorio remain in the side.

France vs South Africa

Kickoff: 4:45pm Sunday 7th September

Venue: Franklin's Gardens

These two sides have both qualified. France are the heavy favourites but South Africa showed against Italy that the Springboks women have the athletes to trouble anyone.

France goes into this having made half-a-dozen changes to the side that eased past Brazil. Brosseau, Feleu and Escudero are amongst the changes that will hope to inject some fresh legs into a France side that is facing a physically-challenging test, regardless of the result.

There are several South African changes in this game. Most notably 40-year-old captain Nolusindiso Booi who misses out on a spot in the second row. South Africa still have the threats of Dolph and Samboya who will cause problems for the likes of Menager out wide.
