Having start the season with a 16-game winning run, Gloucester-Hartpury's post Six Nations form has been disappointing to say the least. They have had a home semi-final wrapped up for weeks, and have rotated the team, but there is still cause for concern. Key stars remain unavailable and losing back-to-back games puts this team in a very unfamiliar position. They are still many people's favourites to win the league, but their advantage is slipping. They'll be hoping that the return of a couple of stalwarts will stabilise the team in time to get their revenge against Trailfinders in ther semi-final.

What is the future of PWR?

The PWR has experienced a surge in interest in the aftermath of the Rugby World Cup last year and has used the momentum to accept offers of interest from multiple parties to add a 10th team to the competition. This is in addition to expected renewed investment from Leicester into their women's team after it was left to wither at the bottom of the table this year.
