Wales vs Italy
Kickoff: 12:15pm, Sunday 17th May
Venue: Cardiff Arms Park
Watch on: BBC Sport
6th will host 1st in the opening game of the final round of games. Italy are in good shape having scored 5 tries against England last weekend and will want to finish strong by emphasising the gap between themselves and the bottom two. Wales, meanwhile, just need a win. There have been some positive signs, including a bonus point against England, but even their loss to Scotland is looking worse in hindsight.
Francsca Sgorbini has starred for Italy in their last couple of games and has been brought back into the starting line-up this week. She will be part of a strong pack that usually prides itself on fast starts to games. That didn't happen last weekend so Italy will be motivated to make it happen against Wales. The Welsh also use their pack as the team's big strength and will need Tuipulotu to get the better of Turani up front in what will be a key battle for the outcome of this game. I think Wales might just be able to sneak a crucial win in this one.

These teams appear to be heading in different directions. With a win on Sunday, Ireland can put themselves in a tier of their own as the lone challenger to England and France. Scotland, meanwhile, need to use the late momentum they gained against France to finish a bruising tournament on the right note before they go into WXV games later this year. This is a high-pressure occasion for both teams.
If Scotland are to win this game, they will have to match Ireland in the pack which as become such a big strength for the women in green. Hogan, King and Wafer have been the best back row of the tournament but Scotland's trio of Donaldson, Boyd and Coughbrough is well-placed to challenge them. Helen Nelson will also need to have her best game of the tournament if she is to stop her team from being beaten in the territory battle by Dannah O'Brien's kicking prowess. Scotland will make this a tricky game for Ireland, but what I've seen over the past few weeks makes it impossible to go against the Irish infront of 30,000+ home fans at the Aviva Stadium.

The Six Nations has saved the best game until the final game of the tournament. Sunday evening will see a heavily-injured Red Roses team try to continue their gargantuan winning streak against France infront of 42,000 fans in Bordeaux. England have won the last 7 Six Nations titles, and are on a great winning run, but France will know that this could be their best opportunity to finally snatch back the Six Nations crown.
France have a consistent team after some impressive performances and will have been very happy with what they saw from England defensively. It's almost unheard of for this England team to concede 9 tries in 2 games and, with their attacking flair, France will be happy to push that total well into double-digits. The area around the ruck will be a particular point of focus after Italy scored twice by picking-and-going straight through that area. It's a part of the defensive line that France like to target anyway so the pressure is on for Sarah Hunter to fix England's defence in time for kickoff on Sunday.
As for England, there is some good news with Lilli Ives Campion and Sadia Kabeya both returning. Abi Burton is also into the starting line-up to give England a physical back row with Kabeya and Feaunati. Marlie Packer is on the bench after her epic performances in the past few weeks and will be on the field for some very tense final minutes. John Mitchell has opted for experience in the back 3 with Kildunne moving back to fullback, Jess Breach on the right wing and Claudia Moloney-Macdonald back on the left wing.
This England team is still good enough to get the job done but they are vulnerable to France this weekend. This could definitely be the day that England's run ends, but I'll believe it when I see it. I expect England to win a game that will be just as tense as last year's 43-42 win at Twickenham
