Newcastle Red Bulls vs Bristol Bears

Kickoff: 7:45pm, Friday 25th April

Venue: Kingston Park

Watch on: TNT Sports 1

Key to the game: How will Tom Jordan do? Bristol managed to get back on track with a big win over Gloucester last weekend. Tom Jordan played a big part in that but his recent form has been unconvincing at fly-half. He was accused of being too predictable and lacking rhythm for Bristol. Last week's performance went some way to alleviating those concerns against Gloucester but needs to put together a good run of form given where we are in the season. MacGinty and Worsley are out, but Bristol's season shouldn't end because of that.

Prediction: Newcastle 14-32 Bristol Bears

Harlequins vs Sale Sharks

Kickoff: 3pm, Saturday 25th April

Venue: The Stoop

Watch on: TNT Sports / HBO

Key to the game: Can Ford kick his team to victory? Both of these teams are in depressing situations but things have worsened for Sale since their victory over Harlequins in the Champions Cup round of 16 a few weeks ago. Their collective fitness has worsened and they are coming into this game on the back of a humiliation at the hands of Saracens. They are missing key players across the line-up, but particularly in the pack, so George Ford is going to have to put in a vintage performance for this team to do anything.

Prediction: Harlequins 29-17 Sale Sharks

Saracens vs Leicester Tigers

Kickoff: 3:05pm, Saturday 25th April

Venue: StoneX Stadium

Watch on: TNT Sports 1

Key to the game: The back row battle. These are well-matched teams but it's Saracens who need the win more as a result of their league position. The only area in which there is a clear personnel disparity between these teams is the back row. Liebenberg, Moro and Cracknell are a solid, hardy trio but lack the star power present in this Saracens group. McFarland, Earl and Willis are all capped internationals and excellent players. If they can take hold of the control of this game, Saracens will be in prime position to close the gap to Leicester in what is basically a must-win game.

Prediction: Saracens 24-22 Leicester Tigers

Northampton Saints vs Bath

Kickoff: 5:30pm, Saturday 25th April

Venue: Cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens

Watch on: TNT Sports 1

Key to the game: Can Donoghue find the magic he had pre-injury? At first glance, this game looks to be a titanic clash between the top two teams in the Prem. However, upon seeing the team-sheets, it's obvious Bath are happy to lose this game in order to have their big stars like Russell and Spencer fit to play Bordeaux in the Champions Cup next weekend. These changes give Donoghue his first big chance in a while at fly-half. He is an electric runner from the 10 channel but will have to do a lot more than that against the England duo of Mitchell and Smith.

Prediction: Northampton Saints 37-16 Bath

Gloucester vs Exeter Chiefs

Kickoff: 3:30pm, Sunday 26th April

Venue: Kingsholm

Watch on: TNT Sports 1

Key to the game: Can Gloucester make the most of finally having a healthy team? George Skivington and his men have had a torrid time with injuries which have derailed their season. This weekend they finally have a starting XV that is basically first-choice and they will be looking to take advantage of it. Their opponents will be looking to create some new memories at Kingsholm after their disastrous visit last season. That 79-17 loss caused the club's chairman, Tony Rowe, to enter the team's changing room and excoriate the players for their performance before sacking a couple of long-time coaches. The Chiefs have since used that day as a turning point but will still be eager to put it to bed with a win this weekend.

Prediction: Gloucester 23-26 Exeter Chiefs
